36-40 are part of course but were also called bonuses. They are not available yet as changes are being made to them.

Is anyone else have a hard time extracting these? I can't extract any of the file with the .z02 or .z03. I get an error in winrar and 7zip.

EDIT: Ok I got, it looks as if you only have to unzip the first file. That's the labeled '3 hour webinar'.

See post #83... use winzip program to unzip only the file with description '3 hour webinar' and leave the rest .z01 etc untouched.

To unzip the webinar, just unzip the first file, the one that says '3 hour webinar'. You don't have to touch any of the other files.
