How do you change the style? also how to do place it in the bottom?

Within PHPMyAdmin, expand the database on the left hand page which is related to your Wordpress installation.

You'll now see a list of all the tables within that database. Click on the table called "wp_options".

Towards the top of your PhpMyAdmin page, click on the Search tab. Under Option Name, do a search for "license_status_fake".

Click Edit, to edit this listing. Change the Option Value to "valid" and click Save.
