RE: [GET] Facebook Local Raider
Thank you Maes. It is a sellable service, but $3000? I just cannot see a local business paying that. Rep+1

How much do you think customers in Tier-2 towns doing average business would pay for it? $1500? $800?

RE: [GET] Facebook Local Raider
the ultimate1; It largely depends on a number of different factors, regarding how much you can charge. I work with local businesses and they are strange beasts. They range from those who are completely internet illiterate to some extremely sophisticated online and offline marketing individuals. How much you can charge will also depend on how good you are at sales/ the types of businesses you are targeting/ if they are warm or cold leads/ the demographics of the business locality?

Are you enthusiastic? Do you exude confidence? Do you have good product knowledge and sales skills? You may be a sales presentation guru and a closing wizard.

When I speak to most local businesses they are always interested in gaining new customers. Let me qualify that by saying some businesses have all the customers/patients/clients they need, but most don't. So if you can use Facebook Local Raider to show them a good ROI, depending on what the average lifetime value of the customer is to them and how many customers you could reasonably expect this to bring them in, then you could ask from a high value client like a Dentist $1500-$3000, but from a Florist it may be $500-$800. These are only guesses.

How are you going to use this also? Is it stand alone service? Is it a foot in the door or an add on to your other services? I haven't looked at it yet, but I always find that Luther greatly overestimates the earning ability of his products. I'm sure there is some gold there though, especially if you are offering social media services.

RE: [GET] Facebook Local Raider
It's not easy to get a $3k check from a local bus. owner who just met you. You will probably need some prep. for this payment; but it depends on the service [or product] they offer. A beauty salon in a big city with a big clientele for example, would easily pay this amount for a top spot in fb.
BTW, reps to the OP for his share.
