Okay. Well designing it I have tried my very best to keep it both below the radar and only minimally in violation of any TOS. Technically, any browser that caches anything is in violation of the Maps/Places API TOS. I try to look at this as a specialized browser.

I've also tried to keep things as hard as possible to block... ie, it doesn't access any website to get the maps going and I try my very best to use as generic as possible naming and all that. That being said, if I were G I'm sure I could invest the time and energy into engineering a way to making it dysfunctional. Clearly there is some ebb and flow and that is the nature of the beast. BUT like I said, if you really look at what's going on .. 95% of people don't hit their quotas. Beyond that, with an API key their quota is 100k requests per day. These maps are on tens of millions of websites, so they would really have to shut down IE to stop me, and then I could move onto a webkit browser.

My goal with any public versions is to keep them clean enough on the surface so that they aren't looked at as tools of abuse. For people on my blackMaps list, there will be some goodies that are not in the public offerings.

As for when on the SERPs, I have the database base in there. I won't promise it'll be in the next 45 days, but I will try to get it in there. I know it will help with SEO building intelligence.

its nice to see that your worst case scenario atleast has a plan B.

and yes the serps data would be an awesome time saver.

As for the soft, so far so good on my end.

This is definitely not your average jvzoo or WSO app.

If the dev continues to be solid it will definately be worth the 50 bucks a year.

Some big dogs are starting to swarm around this and I'm getting multiple offers to buy the product outright and/or carve out large exclusive niches. If you use the software you already understand what I'm saying... but the next version could be $500 or more easy on the open market. Get your copy now or get on the list if you don't have the balls to pull the trigger yet. As I mentioned before, I purchased the software less than a week ago, really impressed. Gtownfunk even PMed me with a issue I am having (more than likely my stupidity), I haven't tested his suggestions yet, but he was really prompt to offer help. L0ck in the price now (if I read his posts correctly our future upgrades/renewals are what we paid for it now.)

Got this at $49, made $25k with it this week. Do yourself a favor and get it at $125 before they raise it to $999. It's like scrapebox for offline work. If you can't make money with this, you should give up and get a real job-PM me, I'm hiring. :)

Don't fret too much marcoesquandolas, one day you'll be able to scale up with some VA licenses and hopefully be able to join the $100k/week club like some of the guys here with lots of posts.

Really, though... what could you do with an extra $25k in your pocket every week? The product STARTS with a freaking calculator. If you can get a decent conversion on an expensive product you'll make tons of money. Some people want to argue with math. There's no emotion in a calculator. Not everyone is going to make $25k like this guy, but I know a few of my users are pocketing more than that each and every week.
