INFECTED FILE - AGAIN!!!

Every share from this user is infected with the same file - social.png which is actually a php file
I've been reporting this user and a few others for weeks now and admin are doing nothing!!


Cleaning
find social.png (always in an image folder) and open it with notepad or similar, delete all contents and save

Yes its have php functions....inside of archive......but how can i put text in archive os images...how this works like a virus.....?
