Think he was making the same point I would have. In fact its a very crappy looking little theme. Looks old, tired and not worth anything. Many others available way better for free, both from main WP repository and of course here on BBHF. I'm amazed they're still selling it. Have given rep to OP but more to encourage new members uploading.

Which one would you recommend?

Any modern Wp directory type theme can be very easily adapted, or just use something like this: http://7theme.net/downloads/ladies-wordp...vice-theme will do the job nicely. FFS you're presumably selling the finished theme to some escort type joint, so you definitely do not want them getting p*ssed off for you sticking it to them with some half a**ed Dolce_crap theme, or they may send their version of Fat Tony around to sort you out.
