[GET] Engine Themes - Directory Engine v1.4 + PSDs + Child Theme and Docs

This is the first time I am sharing here on BBHF. Please forgive any mistakes I make and educate me rather than ridiculing me.

This is not the latest version (they only did a few minor fixes in the later version I believe), however it is untouched and was sent to me (fresh of the Engine Themes member site) by someone I was developing a site for a few months ago. And I will do my best to update this post with the latest version if I get it or based on your feedback edit the theme to include the latest fixes from the latest change logs, as best I can (though, I have never found a bug in this version).
