FYI, the upload from the OP is corrupted. Downloaded 3 times from 3 different places and got the same errors from all trying to unzip. If the OP could re-up it would be appreciated. Either way, thanks for the attempt, I've rep'ed you :)

No it's not an exe, stfu if you do not know how to download a file from a site. Open your eyes before clicking the download button,

The file shared by JackR is legit! The filesharer he or she uses is pretty tricky. You have to deselect the option of using the filesharer's browser in order to get the file. Take care!
