Here are a couple of ideas, on how to use this one:

Method 1
1. Generate massive email list
2. Check these emails through an email validation tool
3. Spam like hell the verified emails with general offers like dating, make money online etc.
(You will need a solution for massively sending emails, which may be an issue on its own...)

Method 2
1. Make the two first steps from Method-1
2. Sell these emails on Fiverr and elsewhere as "Guaranteed Leads",
hiding the fact that are artificially created.

Just my two cents, a cent per idea lol...
Other suggestions are welcomed as well.

Well, as I said, to send emails to such massive lists, you'll need to be able to blast Millions of emails per day! I cannot say that I have a working solution to do it for absolute free or at least "dirty cheap", but from my research here is a workaround about this that maybe gives a workable method:
1. Install a VPS on services like DigitalOcean, Vultr, Azure, Google Cloud etc
2. Install hmailserver
3. Connect Outlook 2016+ to hmailserver
4. Blast emails like there is no tomorrow until you'll get your account suspended...(then you'll repeat the whole process)

This method is for those that don't want to pay for sending these emails, if it was for us to pay we would go with a paid professional solution...
You can test hmailserver installing it locally on your machine, some tutorials can be found on youtube.

P.S. Always use VPN when sending SPAM because you may end in that your ISP will block your ability to send any emails at all!
