It asks for a licence because it's not nulled.
You need to wait for GANJAPARKER to upload it.

It asks for a license if you want to import their premade templates. A "nulled" version by [insert any name here] won't pass the license check, a nulled version is supposed to skip a license check after all.

Otherwise I encourage anyone to buy from the developer whenever is possible.
