Hi Manace,
The link (mediafire) shared by daniyxx only contained the set up file no activation info.
Go to the first page of thread and start over, Raztazz has provide everything you need
I am sorry if I am disturbing you but I just downloaded the first mirror (Easy.Sketch.Pro.v2.0.PC.BBHF.zip: 344MB)

but after instalation what I got was EZ downloader and no sketch pro, any ideas ?

.

If you are getting a downloader then you are downloading an ".EXE" file instead of the ZIP file!

Pay attention!

Fox brothers warning ----- I originally bought version 1 4 months ago. I upgraded the package to the enterprise license. In the short time that it has been out they miraculously come out with an update that requires me to buy the whole product again but this time the price for the extended license is ridiculous. They did this to me on another purchase where I bought 2 separate related products, {Facebook and Content Gorilla packages}. They came out with a newly renamed product claiming a completely new package and hence no updates for recent buyers. The new product turned out to be a combined suite of the original separate packages with some updates. I pointed this out to Fox brother 1 {Chris} and he told me not to worry that I should not buy the new product and that I will hear back from him shortly with a solution. Not a single reply to the original commitment or the several tickets and follow up emails I sent. {{

Brothers Fox,

OK when I buy products I expect upgrades, updates etc. and what have you. When I don't I see any follow ups to software purchases I see it as a burned unsupported product and I never do business again with that vendor. Here I am having bought Content gorilla Sep 2013 and the FB gorilla 11-13 and here you guys are marketing what I would consider a natural update, progressive improvement to the 2 platforms I already have. It seems that all you have done here is combined Content Gorilla with Facebook Gorilla. I think if this is true you should make this available to your existing paid customers as a simple update. regards --Notice the almost same 4 month interval from when I bought Facebook Gorilla and when they came out with a replacement requiring a new purchase. Never an update prior, straight to a hand extended for more money. The follow up email I got from Chris Fox was the last communication I ever received {{

Hi,
Yep we have a special discount price for existing customers who bought one or the other. Its quite a different beast with more modules
I will get back to you shortly, dont buy gorilla evolution Regards, Chris

******I had bought both not the one or the other condition he stated*****************

I as well never got a reply to a looping purchase confirmation window. It took me a couple weeks trial and error to find a path to my purchase. These guys are the ultimate Real HUCKSTERS, Shysters, to the max. Integrity 0 I did not know this was their product when I bought it. I came through an affiliate link and did not see that fact until too late. So here they are doing the same exact thing per sey and expecting to milk everyone for duplicate money. My suspicion is they had this all mapped out to begin with. This was probably the version they could have sold as the first release but chose to use shade tree tactics, de-tune that version and wait in a backdoor underhanded manner to offer the hyped release of this version, just to exploit people. I really resent the manipulations and the manner in which they treat loyal customers. I will never knowingly buy their crap ever again. Be for warned!!!!!!!!!!!

In total I bought -- Video Jacker -- Content and Facebook Gorilla -- Easy Sketch Pro Ent License --

Thanks Ratz! Repped you and Igydog too!

It's rare that I agree with every word in a commentary about a product, but Igydog wrote almost the exact same thing I thought when I got the first email from an affiliate.

(I don't buy ANYTHING with either of these guys' names on it - ESPECIALLY Fox, but I bought it before I knew he was involved.) Both of these f*ckers are as slimy as they come, but they got rich because of this product. They've had success with other bullshit like Igydog has pointed out. (I bought all but one of those products in your post too Igy.)

They stole lots of business from Sparkol (Videoscribe), and even though Videoscribe has always been overpriced and underwhelming, at least they aren't total asswipes like the key players behind this shit product.

I bought V1 too and, exactly like Igydog says, it totally pi.ssed me off to have to pay for an upgrade after only six months since buying V1 - even though it was discounted to $21.75.

It was pi.ss-poor business sense and it pissed a lot of people off - not just Igydog and me. I wrote the affiliate this email right after he sent me his email to buy it through him:

Yo man!

I expect a free upgrade NOT a discount!

What is wrong with you people?!

There is greed and then there is blatantly stupid greed!

A FREE upgrade link is expected ...

Now, you all know I didn't get shit free! I had to relent and buy it.

But I wrote this to him to provoke a response and, the funny thing is, I know LOTS of people must have written an email like this one. On launch morning, I got exactly ZERO emails from any affiliates promoting this - even this one. Instead, he sent me an email that said he was pissed about it too! Biggrin

And you would know this dude's name immediately - he's got close ties to anything video.

You know there must have been a shitload of heat put on every seller and affiliate for this, and I laughed my a.ss off about it.

BUT

Like Igydog - I won't buy another f*cking thing from them! And I know there are affiliates (and probably one or more of the sellers) that are members here and reading all this.

But let's talk about these "extended" licenses, which is another real sore spot with me. I am thinking about putting this in front of one of my attorneys to look at.

And not just for this product, but for ALL the jokers that have this "developers License" as an upsell that "allows" you to sell the shit you make. Here is my question for you guys:

When I buy XYZ product, and I have the rights to use the product anyway I like, can you legally do anything if or when I choose to sell my "work product" using your software?

In other words, when I buy your shit, can you prohibit me from selling work I produce with it? Can you tell me I cannot sell my creations using your product - legally?

Do your rights as the grantor of a license extend to prohibiting me from selling my creations because I used your software - just because you or your license says I can't?

e.g. If I create a million dollar ebook with the Student/Home edition of Microsoft Word, by definition in the license, I have created a commercial product. This violates the license for this product! I don't see Microsoft suing anyone for doing this and they have one billion times the clout of these clowns.

I bought it and am not illegally using your intellectual property. So, if I use your intellectual property to create MY intellectual property, is it in fact an intellectual property rights violation? After all, commercial use is given when I use it to create MY products for commercial use.

How can you/will you enforce PUO licensure?

Like most of the products that seek to sell this right as a separate license, no vendor I know enforces it for products like these. I know the reason too - it costs too da.mn much money to chase all the people violating these licenses.

My counter to this is that such licensure is a restriction of free trade, which infringes upon my right to produce creative works and generate profits and income. And I think this position is defensible - it would merit a suit filed against them to protect my rights to create and legally profit from any work I produce.

If you guys have run into this or thought about this question, I would like to hear about it.

This is the old Microsoft Office "Home Use Only" licensure like they have on the Student/Home version of Office.

Anyone ever heard of Microsoft enforcing this Home Use Only license? (I haven't.)

The same applies here - if you use this software to build videos for clients. Will they actually pursue everyone that makes videos for clients that didn't buy the "developers" - "extended" - or any other bullshit licenses?

it's not like WP plugins where many are serialized or phone home. So - will these losers actually police and/or enforce the "Personal Use" only?

How? The products you create aren't serialized. Yes, the videos do look different and can be distinguished from other "scribe" videos.

But do they have the manpower or infrastructure to check every video you create against (what I believe) is an arbitrary and unenforceable "extended" license?

I seriously doubt it. I am not saying it's legal or illegal - just highly implausible sellers like these clowns will have staff dedicated to busting people selling shit they create - regardless of the license.

And what will they do when you work through aliases of aliases. My real name NEVER goes on anything. What are you going to do then? Do you even know who the right person to sue is? How?

At least, they got paid for something! I think these extended "permission to sell what you create" licenses are bullshit, but I want to hear thoughts or experiences about it.

I view it as telling an artist you sell paint to that they can only paint for themselves, but never sell their work.

Anyway, it is a question, but I DO NOT buy extended licenses for anything. If you're a seller and you want to sue me for buying your shit then selling what I make with it - then go ahead and f*cking sue me.

Good luck sending me a Cease and Desist Notice or suing me when I have paid you for your stuff.

But you've got a bigger problem before you get that far - you've gotta find me!
Biggrin

Any thoughts BBHF members?

Anyway, Ratz - PLEASE keep this bi.tch cracked! I want everyone on the planet to have a free working copy of it!

And thanks for sharing it - even though I let these bitches screw me again!

RE:
Quasar, if you knew what I knew brother, you could topple the whole operation in a flash :) As for the license crap, I wouldn't worry about that one bit. These guys are only interested in taking the money and using what ever back end offers to take even more. I feel sorry for the mugs that have fallen into the trap of buying a commercial license because it makes no sense what so ever. There is no way in this world they can keep tabs on the licensing unless they some how follow every members every move and with over 35,000 members, I don't think that is even a possibility.

As for keeping this cracked, I can assure you, there is no fear of that :)
