I 100 % agree with the OP - it is a pure CRAP!

3 methods described in 16 page .PDF document are not 'EASY' at all.

It's easy to read his .PDF ... :-) but... it requires lots of work to generate traffic and sell.

It was fun to read the Twitter part:

This is the main Twitter traffic generation method.

You can check daily in Gumtree, CL any classified ads with a wanted section
Some people request all sorts of items

Never know some may request a item in the $$$$
