Donate and Download is a plugin that allows to distribute files through payments.

People can decide how much to pay and what payment gateway to use for that (PayPal, Payza/Alertpay, Skrill/Moneybookers, Authorize.Net, InterKassa, EgoPay, Liberty Reserve, Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe), Bitcoins (via BitPay)), but you always can set minimum limit of their donations or even set fixed amount for each file separately.

Once payment completed, the plugin automatically sends temporary encrypted download link to payer’s e-mail address.

I assume that you care what is in the CA.pem file
(PEM encoded CA certificate file in ASCII format)?

I have this plugin installed and I did not notice a problem.
I have not discovered a possible threat.

This version v1.41 is the old version (Created 12 July 2012).
(LibertyReserve has only recently disappeared from the scene.).
The new version is v2.00 (Last Update 24 July 2013)

Of course it is always safest to buy a plugin from author.
