RE:
Nice share., rep added, thank you.

Quick glance and I like what I read. All my health issues are down to food allergies. I knew it! It's all the sh1t they add to our food and drink. So no more processed food or takeaways; replace them with 'healthy' foods, fruit and veg, nuts and seeds, etc. sounds expensive to me...maybe worth it though if I can look 15 years younger and live another 40 years. But a life without all those culinary treats, I don't know if I can make the sacrifice. What if I did and then that 'number 9 bus' got me? :)

But that #9 bus might get you even if you don't change your diet, and then you'd leave an old-looking corpse! Wink

I always find comments like this interesting, it seems so many people think that you have to completely give up all the things that are bad for you. That really is not the case, I think it's much better to live by the 80/20 rule. As long as you eat healthy 80% of the time you should be able to enjoy those unhealthy things 20% of the time with out guilt. By using the 80/20 rule, your much more likely to stick with a health plan, because you know that you CAN have those forbidden things sometimes.

I guess the fact that my comments are intended to be sarcastic do not come across that way, but sarcastic they are. Anyone that knows me knows I am a sarcastic litlle whatnot, verbally at least, guess I'll have to try harder when putting it in writing :)

By the way, I am one of those people that eat what I like and look about 7 or 8 years younger than my chronologiacal age, or so I am told. I'm guessin' most people ignore tha 'old mans paunch' when assessing someone's age. (Am I conveyting the sarcasm, or just being ironic or some other word I don't quite get)? Undecided

Here's another book by the same publisher: Turn Back Your Biological Clock (Anti Aging)
