RE:
Nice share., rep added, thank you.
Quick glance and I like what I read. All my health issues are down to food allergies. I knew it! It's all the sh1t they add to our food and drink. So no more processed food or takeaways; replace them with 'healthy' foods, fruit and veg, nuts and seeds, etc. sounds expensive to me...maybe worth it though if I can look 15 years younger and live another 40 years. But a life without all those culinary treats, I don't know if I can make the sacrifice. What if I did and then that 'number 9 bus' got me? :) |

I always find comments like this interesting, it seems so many people think that you have to completely give up all the things that are bad for you. That really is not the case, I think it's much better to live by the 80/20 rule. As long as you eat healthy 80% of the time you should be able to enjoy those unhealthy things 20% of the time with out guilt. By using the 80/20 rule, your much more likely to stick with a health plan, because you know that you CAN have those forbidden things sometimes. |

By the way, I am one of those people that eat what I like and look about 7 or 8 years younger than my chronologiacal age, or so I am told. I'm guessin' most people ignore tha 'old mans paunch' when assessing someone's age.
