The power is in the flow of the text pitching and explaining the need of the product offered in the video.
The doodle style is only to make it interesting (aka: not boring), so viewers will keep watching it until the CTA stage.
Meanwhile those viewers were already targeted with the keywords used for the video with low competition.
But, yes the way you entertain your viewers is very important along with the way you drip feed the text on the screen telling them to take your offer.

what is his channel ? can you PM me ? he's using Easy Sketch Pro, which is the worst doodle software that ever created. You can use videoscribe or explaindio for better quality.

I can create whiteboard video too, I will try to do this for couple months, and we'll see the result.

edit : I already found his channels, the key of his virality is THUMBNAIL CLICKBAITING. the video that he create suck, but he's using sexy ass and boobs as thumbnail (which is not really misleading, since the video talking about sex)

His videos are made just like he teaches in the course. About half have 500-1000 views but the other half have a few thousand views each with a couple in the hundreds of thousands. Honestly though the software he used makes pretty crappy videos imo. Without it you could probably do something similar with animoto, though it wouldn't be a doodle style video.

I suspect he probably started buying views and embeds at some point too to help get the ball rolling.

Been tracking one of his videos today and so far it's gotten over 200 views in the few hours since I decided to keep up with it. It shows up for several keywords too. Wouldn't be surprised if it gets at least 1,000 views over a 24 hour period. Have to give him some credit for being legit on that part at least.

It's a pdf. There are a couple of links to video examples. There are links to the original download page but he moved the page.

Apparently there is video training included in the course but we can't access it because he moved the members area. I don't have any of the videos.

it's only video about how to use easy sketch pro, nothing special. you can learn it from anywhere. anyway, he's watching this thread. HI DAWOOD!!

What`s the point of this method? Spamming youtube with little or no value videos and affiliate links?.
