If you are into writing fiction, I think the videos bellow are very good pointers on structuring your novels. It takes out lots of frustration on what shape your novels should take to become power-sellers.

In his presentation Dan Wells using some sort of pdf from the game. I found the pdf of the presentation, not sure if its by Dan or somebody who's combined game manual and Dan's original video presentation. But if you watch all the videos you will see on the screen the complete game's guide.
