I have downloaded and tested it here
It works for me for some sites
but m still having issue getting stats for any other site
Plz check the issue i have posted here , and kindly help resolving the issue if possible.

go to folder "INC" , open and edit the file "app.config.php"
go to folder "extra_data" import all sql files with phpmyadmin ,

and next step install ->
http://yourdomain.com/maintenance/upgrade_to_2.0.php
