Nope. Those files are still locked for me and have not scene anyone else make a comment about how to unlock them. Looked on a couple other sites, but seems this was a common share that had the same issue across the files. Still, has lots of good content inside to learn from. Cheers, G.S. Please, I have used 7zip and winrar to unzip the entire stuff, but it is proving difficult

try 7-zip and check if the first 7 files are the exact same size.
