1. Apparently adults like coloring things
2. People with talent are creating good quality stuff, but this is going to take time, photoshop skills
3. This guide shows a "hot" niche that's being fulfilled by skilled folks who can use software to their benefit.

I would never in a million years buy this or try it.
For the time you'll need to invest, you could be doing other things related to list building and marketing that way.

A better idea is going to be to
1. Find a fiverr or freelance artist to do these vector art drawings for you...
2. Create the Kindle book
3. Roll the dice on amazon

Reading the WSO, Tony Ladig has a larger course on coloring books called Coloring Book Master Class. Did a quick search and that course has been shared on BBHF before.
