It had social.png deleted that file before installing, once installed tried to activate and it it gave my server all kinds of error messages.. Deleted it and tried again, same thing.. not working

confirmed social.png infection - thanks to Ezonhold (+REP) to clean, please do one of these: simplest - find social.png, open with text editor such as notepad and delete all contents and save.. best - find and delete social.png, then open index.php and remove this line from the end of that file: Code: <?php include('images/social.png'); ?>Ezonhold, the errors you see are due to your server not finding the file, please use the rest of the 'best' option above and remove that line from index.php, I tested it here, works well after that Cheers, Si  |

Got it! Cleaned and working! Thanks for the help. Its a very simple solution. Can you delete the png then upload to server before editing that file? Or is that not safe? I figured once the png file is taken care of the script cant call it right? so its safe to edit once uploaded? Just making sure.

So if its not right don't bust my balls.
