Its a patch file mate, it does a job that is suspicious so will never look perfectly clean. Those warnings are nothing to worry about and you can check for the virus name on threatexpert.cm and they have nothing to say about them that looks worrying to me, but if you don't trust the share then buy the software legit or use a VM.

If it had come back with MSIL Bladabindi or MSIL Krypt then I would advise you to keep away but that looks just like adware to me so nothing more than just a pop-up advert or live link, something like that.
