Most of the cases this is due to Skype usage. If you have Skype installed and running on your machine, you have to open its preferences and un-check the usage of port 80. Thanks to the OP for the share and other mirror makers. Download and installation went just fine. However this port 80 thingy error pops out. and i am not using skype on my machine. Any other ideas?

to check which program use ur port 80 go to cmd.exe and execute c:/>netstat -ano
than look for port 80 and the PID of the process. than go to task manager, choose to show pid column on process view and
will find the name. there are other programs that use :80. hope this helps

the same problem

It worked for me once,but next time I tried opening the s/w I got same error. Tried in 3 different installations.
