Great job done bro. I am going to sleep now please someone test this. Just check whether any message comes when you would try to produce a video. Normally a message showing multiple license is common. problem arises when we prompt to produce video.

I also tried on a Windows 10 laptop, it seemed like it worked twice, but now I get this error


What OS are you using? Any updates that need to be installed before running this?

This is tested working by me so if u failed likely u got the steps wrong.
Note: Didn't fully test the software so not sure about functionality but try a few clicks and no errors.

Just tried the Portable version.

Unfortunately NOT WORKING...
Main Window eventually Loads up correctly.
I select NEW RECORDING...
Screen Recording control eventually Loads up correctly
I Select Either FULL SCREEN or CUSTOM SCREEN capture
I CLICK Red RECORD BUTTON
I get the following errors every time:



Even more concerning:
After the error I closed the application.
Once I closed the application - the 1.5Gb exe file I had downloaded was gone.
I cannot run the program again because the portable exe is deleted.
Because the EXE is bigger than 512Mb in size, Windows deletes it from the drive rather than move it to Recycle Bin.

I think the person who created the Portable file has overlooked a few critical steps after application exit.

i do not have the "stopped working" error and the "exe deleted" problem. I using win 10 64bit version and the portable file is run inside a folder on my desktop.For the "video codec error " when recording i had resolved it and able to do multiple recordings with no problem.U need to install the original camtasia , see my previous post with the link.

Does this work in Windows 7? That's what OS I am using. But just tested in a virtual 10 OS.

windows default firewall was never good enough to block stuff

try zone alarm free version. It will save you from virus as well.
