Update: I tested it and it doesn't seem to get the categories from CB. I'll update if I am able to fix it.

I installed this plugin of a fresh site and I got fatal error messages all over the place.
I had to delete the wordpress install and do it over. I did purchase the plugin, installed
it and it works like a charm.
