RE:
I just completed my first trade with this method.

It works, and I'm up $117 as a result of the first trade. What sucks the most is coinbase takes forever to make money with this method, especially when starting out. It takes 4 business days to buy bitcoin from coinbase.

Here's my twist on the method:

I'm looking for places where I can buy bitcoin with a credit card. The purpose is to increase my mileage spending and get extra miles / points to go toward various trips. Will this help me get a first class ticket to london for practically nothing? No. But it will definitely help me build my rewards balance.

I'm also looking for a way to get paid outside of paypal mycash, it's too much of a weak link. The biggest mycash seller on localbitcoin has guides on how to get multiple paypal accounts. That part in particular scares me, almost sounds like this is a money laundering operation.

If you want somewhere you can buy Bitcoin with credit card, try CEX.IO ; but be warned: the approval process is a real b.itch. I had to upload ID+Passport+selfie of myself with ID + Utility bill, Other document to prove physical address-so I uploaded my Title Deed.... Dam.n! Then they disapproved-again! So I wrote them an email and told them to cancel my account, that I was no longer interested. THEN THEY APPROVED ME!!!!

RE:
I finally get approved by coinbase, but they don't do instant transaction (with credit card) so there is no point to work with them: too dnagerous to trade with weeks of delay on such volative currency.
Does someone knows alternatives solutions, that could be applied tothis method.
As a newbie, I need very simple explanations.
Thanks in advance.

I had few issues last time with coinbase. They usually cancel orders without any reason and their response is too...... lazy. I never use them now.

.
About Bitcoins and Money Transmitting.
.Check the first link in the following article.
Magic Button :
http://www.bitcoinspot.nl/belastingautoriteit-new-york-geen-btw-verschuldigd-bij-de-aanschaf-van-bitcoin.html
(Select your language to the right of the article to see the translated version.)
.
The link points to this PDF file on the official New York City website:
Magic Button :
http://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/memos/multitax/m14_5c_7i_17s.pdf
Last paragraph on the 1st page, and first paragraph on the 2nd page.
.
So the State of New York would force you to register for Sales Tax purposes for illegal activity?
When they could just stamp it in to the ground.
Or maybe they just want to earn some money first on illegal activity, and then stamp it into the ground.

And The Netherlands is probably following NYC:
Magic Button :
http://www.coindesk.com/dutch-official-bitcoin-transactions-probably-liable-vat/
.
And European Union regulation in the making for Bitcoins:
Magic Button :
http://bitcoinbelgie.be/europese-regulatie/
Check the quotes in the middle of the article.
.
Local and national governments regulating, and partially exempting from VAT, illegal activities.
What has the world come to? >:/
.
The whole point is that Bitcoins are treated as someone's possession. Not a currency/money. And trading of Bitcoins therefore as barter trade.
So trading Bitcoins can never be Money Transmitting. And people doing so will not be Money transmitters and don't need a license.

RE:
I started yesterday with very restrictive conditions: selling BTC against cash only. Banknote has to be taken out from an atm under my eyes or checked at a bank office.
Result: zero contact.
I browsed BTC forums: lots of scammers.
My conditions doesn't fit their objectives: they don't contact me.
End of story, I'll continue for a while, just to see, but I already know what the result will be: zero contact.
It is very dependant upon where you live.
