there is no NEW xml since mid 2014 ... and as they stated not all demo websites are possible to recreate 1:1

just a quick question do we need to use an upload ftp client for these large themes as i am getting errors when trying to upload them directly onto the site as per normal installation do we need to unzip the 58mb file etc and upload it all via ftp ie like filezilla?

Yes, you have to unzipit because the theme is inside the zip file.

yap it seems is still 7.3. xD i the new options are not there. so 7.3 . a miscarriage xD
