Filing a DMCA to the file sharing sites in question, would probably get you nowhere.

If it was me for instance, I don't use my real IP. I use a VPN that doesn't keep ANY LOGS at all. So that is about as far as you would get.

The court costs to actually sue someone over sharing your product, would cost you more than you are losing. The people who downloaded the file from this thread, more than likely were never ever ever in a million years going to buy your product in the first place.

You were exposed, for pushing out the same rehashed bull. Your balls were busted, and you got pissed. You then probably found out the DMCA wasn't possible or was going to cost you way too much money. Since you actually don't have any copyrights created (like actual real companies do), really what is there stopping anyone from sharing/ripping/stealing it? The copyright is what holds the legal merit.

Upgrade, and put your crap on the do not share list, if your that worried about it. If you actually made "any" real money from your product, upgrading to VIP financially wouldn't have been a problem.

First of all once a person has a copy of a product that person can do anything with it. This is BBHF if we choose to share something it's okay because we chose to share it out of our freewill.

This day has gotten better for me, first I came from a thread where someone apparently does not know how to use the "thanks" button to unhide a link, and now there's area51backlinks hahaha.

You now, I would have probably just downloaded the file, skimmed through it, noticed that it's nothing but rehashed crap (like I thought in the first place) and deleted it. But your nice comment motivated me to throw up a mirror or two.
