I sincerely appreciate all kind thoughts in reply -

Also, I do check my profile's list of Rep gifts regularly and ALWAYS reciprocate - especially (and sometimes doubled) for the great folks who also use that feature of the forum to send along words of kindness via the comment field there.

There IS a sad aspect of the whole 'rep' thing though IMO:
It is sadly amusing whenever I see members make replies of thanks including some variant of 'max rep' when they may really mean 'respect' or even just sort of forget what they said and move on.
(YES - there are many members who SAY such things regularly but very seldom ever DO what their words say.)

A truly HUGE aspect of IM and MMO which has stood out glaringly to me is seeing what has become the very normal lack of integrity - folks giving their word(s) about this or that - and the absence of follow-up or follow-through that comes afterwards.

This is a very valuable observation and lesson for me, and it gladdens me to have gotten the ability to identify and discern what is most likely utter BS - which is also to say...
A LOT.

Yes - I am both older AND old fashioned in that I have come to view most of IM and MMO stuff itself as outright lying along with thefts of one sort or another - especially all the recent guru SAAS things - total ripoffs IMO.
Those are the true 'secrets' that the gurus always claim to know.
