Please make sure that your App key and id is correct. Mine was not working due to my tracking id was incorrect

I am not sure if anyone else had this issue but I have not gotten any replies back from the company itself to get approved for the API. I have applied and contacted but nothing back. So even using this or another plugin is useless until then for myself. Has anyone had any issues with this too?
