Got configuration error in windows 10 x64. Does anyone know of a workaround for this. My CC 2014 version is still working.

Figured it out, have to run as administrator.

1) right click photoshop icon
2) choose properties
3) click advanced
4) check run as administrator
5) choose apply
6) close
7) run photoshop again!

Also this will be in Russian, to change to English:

1) find folder where you extracted photoshop
2) open folder "portable adobe photoshop cc"
3) open folder "app"
4) open folder "photoshop"
5) open folder "locales"
6) open folder "ru_RU"
7) open folder "support files"
8) rename tw10428.dat to tw10428.bak
9) restart photoshop
