This doesn't hold true for all shares, I understand, but in a lot of instances, there's no real need to ask for a re-up (unless a sharer insists on maintaining their own files) when you can generally find these ebook downloads all over the web.

This thread hasn't been active since I shared this in 2017 so you posted to a 6 year old thread. And that just goes to show you, people who download seemingly can't be bothered to mirror the files for others. More and more, the sharing spirit is being lost on BBHF. It behooves me that people will post a comment but won't post a link to mirror something someone generously provided to them so it will continue to be available for their fellow black-hatters.
