Lately there's been a lot of great stuff offered on BBHF but most of it takes capital to get started, but what if you're broke or almost broke and you need 2k cash to get started?

How to get the capital up for some of the better projects that pay a lot?

Cold calling is tough, people not picking up and the call goes to voicemail, or hang ups as soon as they figure out you're selling something.

Often it's better and easier to attract buyers with advertising, and again that costs money.

Selling 9x12 Postcards may be one answer and it doesn't have to be many advertisers on a card but it could be a one advertiser card or two advertiser cards where you get the deal and get paid faster.

You can set prices and in some cases it pays on the same day.

Here are three complements to the 9x12 postcard system by B@b Ross that help smooth the way into sales by phone (ugh, at least you're not asking for thousands but hundreds on the phone for an easier close), can also be used to ease into phone sales generally speaking, use by email, free advertising or get into Real Estate.

Or, add affiliate offers on your cards, potentially you could make more that way than selling advertising on the cards itself.

9x12 Exposed is a slick way to get free advertising once wjen you do a 9x12 postcard (called the Vig) or an introduction to Real Estate without doing all the leg work or coming up with the coin to do a deal.

I rearranged the files in 9x12 Zen Mastery by stripping out the Javascript files (no longer supported by most browsers) and keeping the video files, all in the same order to streamline the experience.

Also a couple of tips on document conversion so you can edit prices etc.

Here's a list of hot niches to target, imo most will be new or never heard of the idea of postcard marketing.

Sometimes a new and fresh idea attracts owners.
