I messaged the product creator and this is was his response.

V2 template is Ok, just now we need the indicator...

The post 42 and 43 only provide the template file BUT THE VERSION 2.
Nevertheless, the download link in the post 1 and 36 are not working anymore. Some one here can be enough king to reupload this stuff??? |
