My review.

I don't believe the seller is making what he/she claims. Getting an advertiser to pay $1000-$2000 a month for an ad spot on a site that is getting junk traffic. No way. If you go to the page where the seller recommends buying traffic it's obvious it's junk.

I think this comment says it all:

"not what was promised according to my hosting provider godaddy i get daily 200 clicks from 1 spot in macedonia doesnt sound like 1000 human clicks but the seller refund it so ok but i wouldnt buy it"

On the Warrior Forum thread the seller states you can expect to make $3000-$5000 a month per site. Nothing about that in the pdf. Chances are the seller is promoting that S***** traffic service and he/she is the service provider on Sourcewave.
