I am the creator of this software - uberBlogCreator :) It looks like that what the OP did was package the two versions of uberBlogCreator - versions 1.1 and 1.5 in one ZIP file. These two versions are very much outdated and I don't think either one of them works (to be honest I haven't tested those in a while). They're different A LOT from the one you've seen in the screenshot in the OP's post (which is the current version).

Also, supercharger is right, the business is for sale on Flippa - you're welcome to bid :D
