You know... belly fat is burnt according to your genetic layout. Some people loose it first, most loose it last.
So my best advice: First loose fat fast with some strong diet, but then take a slow 5% below nutrition requirement diet plan. Exercise only helps not loosing too much muscle in the process. You might build muscle (and additional fat on top) first. Cheers, Johnny63 |
