Check your account. I set this to execute every between 0.5 to 1 second to make sure it's comply twitter rule.

I am using XAMPP to host it on my own PC - I'm trying to follow iQuoteComedy followers - I set 5 as a test, and it didn't follow anyone. It also didn't follow WordsNinja.
