Review:

Well... Buzzcity and FB Retargeting, just like shadowman said.

At least this method does not rely on Buzzcity traffic to actually fill out your CPA offers. That rarely works. The approach of using that traffic only to place retargeting cookies and then promote the offer via Facebook is somewhat interesting (though it's not exactly new).


However, it should be noted that...

1. contrary to what the product creator claims, FB will NOT give you ultra cheap clicks just because you have a custom audience. They will still make sure to get maximum earnings from their ads. If you pay them per click, they will want maximum CTR. So you will still need good ads and your audience needs to be not only custom but truly targeted. I daresay Buzzcity traffic is NOT exactly what I would call targeted. If I remember correctly, you have only about half a dozen categories/niches to choose from when creating an ad. So you have visitors from a Buzzcity publisher site that is about finance? Big deal (that's sarcasm). How is that targeted? Facebook itself offers way better targeting options.

2. there are far better ways to get that initial traffic to place your retargeting cookies: Create some good (or at least useful) non-selling content for your niche, post it on your website (don't have too many advertisements on that site) together with the retargeting code and then promote it with FB fanpage/groups, Reddit, SENuke or whatever. The visitors will be much better targeted and they will be free. You prefer a faster but paid option? Then use Pay per View networks. Depending on the kind of product you promote, you might not even need any country targeting (for example for Clickbank products).


Finally it should be noted that there are retargeting networks out there that use the same technology with a retargeting pixel/javascript to place a cookie. These networks usually offer more than just Facebook advertising, for example advertising on Twitter and many other websites is possible too. Some of those networks even give you $100 credit to try their service for free. However, most of these networks don't accept affiliate links, but if you have your own product or if you are promoting a squeeze page, you should consider looking into those networks. I know of AdRoll.com and PerfectAudience.com and I know the latter offers free $100 credit for new users.

I suppose I should add that there is some more targeting with Buzzcity ads than just choosing from about half a dozen categories. Of course the fact that the user still needs to make the coice of clicking on the ad makes your visitors a bit more targeted - but only a bit.
If the audience (meaning the websites where the ads were shown) wasn't sufficiently targeted in the first place, then your final audience won't be that much more targeted.

PPV, Facebook are not cheap for newbie, while free traffic require some hard work other than squeeze pages, still it's different, but it works and can make money with

Free traffic becomes significantly easier, when you're not trying to actively sell something. You will find people on social networks to be more willing to spread your content, if they don't get the impression that it's of a commercial nature.
(Of course the content still needs to be good enough, but it doesn't need to be exceptional.)
