Wow!

2 things I want to say:

1. Thank you for your time to put this together. You can easily make a full training course on this and sell it ;)

2. I think this may be a little obvious to some people but not to all: when you deal with nulled plugins and themes you will have a major security flaw on your site -especially when the op doesn't provide any updates (this may tell you that they most likely downloaded the plugin/theme from some place other than the dev site. On that note, this will give me peace of mind.

Sorry I haven't responded in a timely manner. I have been a little busy.

Thank you for the compliment.

While I do utilize products that have been nulled from time to time, those I do use are for (local) testing purposes to determine if I wish to pay for the product. If I use something on a live site, I like to pay for it. It's just good business to support those who provide paid plugins and themes.

That's not to say I won't null something myself. I do that sometimes for using on multiple sites when someone is greedy. I get really upset with some developers who think they need to make a million dollars off just a few people.

Coding isn't that unique in the WordPress community. So having a "Pro" version of a plugin and believing you should charge high rates to allow more than one website installation is over the top.

Digital assets replicate themselves every time they are copied from one place to another. Developers don't need to make it out of reach for average users. There is no cost to a developer for selling more than one copy. Reasonable pricing promotes products. Arrogance and idiocy put more value on code than they should.

I have found a lot of the paid plugins offered are slightly altered or direct copies of free plugins. Or they are plugins found on WPMU-DEV, renamed and sold.

I promote free plugins that I find beneficial. I haven't been doing a lot of that lately, but I will be in future. There are over 49,000 plugins in the WordPress Repository. Some are junk. Some are hype to sell more junk. Some are good and some are very good. I have spent years searching out plugins there. I haven't found them all. Most people don't have a clue what is there.

I like to find those plugins that are very good and pass along what I find. Especially when that free plugin does almost all or most of what paid plugins do.
