Is it normal for the program to stop collecting ads after a while?

What I usually do is switch to a different FB account and it starts running again. (:

No, as soon as people run FB ads there is no way for the program to stop collecting ads.

Is there a referral commission if I can refer my network to use this? Can I use this to invite those users in my network to make money so that I get recurrent commission from them?
