The Outsource Report

First impressions - 76 pages of double spaced, wide margin type. Typical for this type of product with a little info and a lot of fluff to fill up pages.

First six pages are title, secondary inside title, Legal notice, Special Thanks page, Table of Contents, and Introduction - more product stretching tactics.

Chapter 1 - pages 7 through 11 - Why Outsource? - You only have so many hours in a day, someone working for you will multiply your productivity. Duh.

Chapter 2 - pages 12 through 17 - Inside the Mind of Offshore Asian Workers - People in the Phillipines have a lower standard of income than in USA - They are hard-working people, and are human beings not robots.

Chapter 3 Intro - pages 18 through 21 - Your Digital CEO Mindset - Find people with skills relating to the jobs you need done. Set goals and pay them bonuses.

Chapter 3 contains the 7 Step Hiring Process - Step #1 - pages 22 - 26 Identify Your Business Model and Needs - Figure out what you are doing and then find an outsourcer who can do it. basically a rehash of the previous intro, plus a long list of internet marketing activities an outsourcer could potentially do, write articles, create info products, etc.

Step#2 - Real Virtual Help Wanted - pages 27 - 42 - Lists three sites for freelancers, and then tells you to sign up at
Code:
onlinejobs.ph
to post a job and contact applicants. The creator fails to mention the required fee to sign up and perform these actions - right now the cheapest plan is $89 US for 3 months of access.

Step #3 - The Investigation Sensation - pages 43 - 46 - How to use the website recommended in Step 2 to narrow down applicants based upon the experience level, which is based upon information the potential employee provides - the more stars the better, obviously.

Step #4 - Interview like a Boss - pages 47 - How to virtually interview your job applicants by email - whoever responds quickest is better. There are sample questions that one should ask during this email exchange, such as "Do you have your own computer?" and "Did someone help you write that last response?". The winner of that round should be invited to a Skype chat interview.

Then, a full page of fluff, repeating such inspirational phrases as "you are The Digital CEO" and "You are the Boss" repeated over and over.

Then a list of questions to ask during the interview, some being basically the same as the ones you were supposed to ask in the email exchange.

Then a section on Negotiation Strategy - tell them if they want the job, you will start paying them low wages for the first couple months, then increase the longer they work for you. Try to lowball them. Trump level tactics...

Step #5 - Hire Slow, Fire Fast - pages 55 - 56 Don't keep paying unproductive employees, or hire two at once and fire the one that doesn't work as well as the other.

Step #6 - Documentation and Delegation - pages 57 - 69 - Have your new employee sign an NDA, and an employment agreement - which is copy/pasted into this pdf to fill up 7 more pages with filler that should have just been a separate file.

Create separate logins for the accounts your new employee will be dealing with. But you can still trust them with your bank accounts and email. Trust your intuition on this...

Step #7 Digital CEO Life and Beyond - pages 70 - 74 . If you haven't done steps 1 - 6, go do them. Use TimeProof to track your employee, since it is free while you pay the monthly fee for the outsourcing site...

Step #8 - Profit, live the internet lifestyle of travel and spending money.

Chapter 4 - Job Well Done - pages 75 - 76 - Sales letter for Product Creator's other product, which will teach you how to make $22,000 in 4 days, with a FREE signup...

Conclusion - Pages 77 - 78 - Take action, by outsourcing you will be helping people in the Philippines pay rent, buy diapers, pizza, take showers, buy cars, put their children through college (no joke, this is word for word). Obligatory picture of creator posing in a faraway land, living the internet lifestyle.

DingleBerryFresh Review - 1.5 stars out of 10

I was going to give it one star, but the fact that he didn't put an affiliate link (maybe he tried...) for the outsourcing site gets him an extra star.

Who should read this? I can't recommend that anyone serious about outsourcing limit themselves to one site, not to mention a paid site when there are much better free or low cost options.

The bonuses, or at least the ones I had in the download link I chose are all products by the same author, with the same quality.

Bottom line - save yourself the download, save yourself the time - but please give a rep to the OP and/or the person who posted the mirrors for taking the time to share.
