Yeah, he is a complete Jacka@s. Liar, Asshat. When his products don't work it's your fault. (actually it is your fault...you bought it in the first place) I bought agency rights with one of his products but can't do sh*t with it because it doesn't work (my fault)

Since I can't promote a product that doesn't work and the di*khead doesn't give refunds...

I don't know how the fu@k he still markets.

I've used many of Brett's products and most of his software works well for me, although I've noticed some of his older products are missing the training or are missing the sales video (for agency) He definitely is an @sshole when it comes to customer service and refunds though. Was curious what products of his you guys are referring to?

I used to buy his products and read all of his emails. Then the customer service issues, he's really a D*CKHEAD. Maybe he needs a customer service course or something.
