Ok as someone who has tried this thing (sort of giving up now) for the past 2 months here are my views.
To preface, the risk of you getting banned by CPA networks will be extremely high doing what is explained in this ebook so I would advise you to measure your risk. I knew down the road I could get banned but I was willing to take the chance because getting banned from 1 network is not that big of a deal anyways. The whole "setup" explained in the ebook sounds really good in theory but in actuality it's not as easy as it's made it out to be. First of all, the landing page needs to be extremely professional. Weebly won't cut it. Thankfully I was acquainted with a web desinger that time so quickly handed the work to him to make the site look real legit. Second thing he makes it look real easy but is not so easy is getting traffic, he mentions buying traffic from the marketplace of DP. Are you kidding me? 90% of that traffic from their are bot-like. It's not easy to find a legitimate traffic provider. After a lot of digging I found one traffic provider who provides real visitors for cheap but leads were on average 1-2 per day not a whole lot. But here's the problem. I got the traffic, got the leads, but no one is actually performing the "action". As I'm tracking the users in my aweber profile, people are opening the offers link but aren't doing anything as if they fricken forgot why they came there in the first place. The pattern was almost the same with 80% of the users (some didn't even open any offers) so thought of trying a different traffic source. I went testing out with PPC. Well nothing new happened here same sh.itty results. Tweaked and tested different emails and landing page variations nah same results. After couple months how much $$$ made = 0 Moreover, the seller is extremely shady, asked him couple of questions only to be dodged completely by him. He makes up excuses like I'm on vacations, busy with other clients blah blah etc. Sometimes I believe he doesn't know shit about what he taught in the course. Basic questions are being dodged with replies like "..can't answer them now sorry." Oh well not all that glitters is gold. |
