Get people to signup on your site thinking they will get free $$$, and they give you there email, then email them back and trick people into completing surveys by telling them they will get real $ for doing so.
And his suggestion for traffic is to buy it.
Not a horrible idea...but its pretty much useless unless you have traffic, plan to get traffic by SEO or pay for traffic.

- Buy a domain, Get a Hosting and install a Squeeze Page.
- Sign up to CPA Networks and choose 10 Email submit offers.
- Send traffic to the SQ and capture the emails.
- Your first email should be
" To make $X in X time, fill out these small 10 questionaires (CPA Offers) and send a receipt to abc@xyz.com to get your rewards"
Ignore their replys and bank of this blackhat technique.
