I no longer have this...but did share it.
PMs sent to Crashonit (who has this now) and RapidLearner who asked me for it - and neither of them replied.

The deal with Crashonit was to get it from me and then share it, but it looks like a hit-and-run as folks are still asking for it and he did not post a link to it, sorry folks - I tried.

I am not able to cope with such large stuff due to limitations at mega...it fails reliably here with anything bigger than a couple of megs.
