The portable version does not work on win 10 latest version, just like the others said it shuts down quickly even if you run it as Administrator. The OP must be running an older version of Win10.

I install it on my Win 7 computer and it works fine there. I would not install the full version as others have done because they install hidden services one is called the GENUINE SERVICE which runs in the background, dont be surprised if one day you open up the App and its reverted back to a TRIAL or even Disabled itself. Hence the reason i wont install anything Adobe (scum bags). The portable is fine.
