I tried right now their viewen service but even i am not posting any cpa or breaking their rules the problem they are always redirecting me in any offer that i think they are get free traffic from my website..
So now i think it is better to choose paid hosting and right now i am looking for 1 year cheap paid hosting.. and i hope i can find cheapest paid hosting. .

If you're looking for free hosting 000webhosting is good enough and provides necessary tools on their cpanel. However, there's other choices like weebly/wix which are quite basic and easier to use with a lot of themes. x10hosting is another good alternate of 000webhosting with php and mySQL as well.

000webhosting is great. Btw there are google sites too. Looks better on google's subdomain.

I agree with Grayson. Weebly/wix are the good options as I started with these too. Perfect for a beginner who is trying to get a hold of things.
