All the adwords codes available nowadays are usually valid for those accounts which are brand new and need to spend atleast $25 first in order to get the extra 100 bucks in your account.
So if you have a old account and you would like to use these vouchers, they wont be valid. If you have a new adwords account, you can put in the voucher code but the money wont be shown in your account before your spend $25 in ads.
