Do you always get 100% working links? I've seen a few people advertising that they guarantee all links will work 100%. Are they just false advertising?

Even my auto approve lists are never 100% working the next time I blast to them.

it looks like he's offering only this service , as i notice that sellers on fiverr that offers a lot of gigs tend not to do a good job,or using tricks,fake links,dead links
and other stuff.

now,anyone recommends ,someone on fiverr,
that will write a press release ? (for a local business) ,and maybe other to spin it to make it really unique,and then to post it to press release sites?
was interested more if they can posted to newswire[dot]com ,from my reading ,newswire press releases gets you to top engines
